This openess gives an especially amazing vista of the bluebells in sping. Somewhat elevated there are views across the small fields and quiet wooded countryside.
Access - from the road, Puttenham Lane, there is vehicle access is along the BOAT (byway open to all traffic) but this is 4 x 4 vehicle only, some of the trackside trees may need trimming back. For viewing please park on Puttenham Lane and walk up the track.
There is an overage on the woodland, where planning approval is gained which results in an uplift in value, 20% of the uplift will be due to a previous owner.

Long Cutts Wood is not much more than 10 mins west of Guildford, between Puttenham and Shackleford, in Surrey.

Walk up this lane, it's about 400 metres and a bit muddy in places so a wellies a nust! This is a BOAT, (byway open to all traffic) and is the vehicle access to Long Cutts.
